- Sugar Clay Cafe was started many years ago as a hobby. It originally was called "Sunshine Bakery". Since the .com was costly we switched to "Maple Town" and found it was taken. Out of 45+ name combinations and 3 weeks, the name Sugar Clay Cafe was created!
